The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Ki, or energy, is the life force that runs through all living things.
A Reiki session can help to facilitate healing on all levels – physical, mental, and spiritual. Reiki does not involve physical manipulation; instead, it works with the subtle vibrational field that surrounds and penetrates the body as well as the energetic bodies and fields within the body such as the chakra and meridian systems. These constitute our energy systems, and these energy systems are connected to the various physical elements that make up our body such as our organs, cells, nervous system, etc. If our energy systems are out of alignment, it may manifest in the physical or mental as dis-ease, illness, stress, anxiety, fatigue, depression, etc
The removal of energetic blockages/imbalances in a person’s energy system can facilitate and aid healing in the corresponding part of the physical body or mental body as well as on a spiritual level. It should be noted, however, that certain physical and mental conditions do require work on a physical level and Reiki is certainly a tool that can assist that healing process on a more holistic level.
Crystalline Consciousness Reiki Healing calls in the Crystalline Consciousness or New Earth energies and this is the energy that is used for your Reiki healing session.
Session Types
Please note: A Crystalline Consciousness Reiki Healing session is running of energies only to facilitate the clearing of the energy fields to bring your physical, mental and energy body back into alignment. In many cases, there is something bigger to be released, and if time permits, I will release it. Otherwise, I will let you know what is there and you can determine if you would like to make a subsequent booking into a Soul Evolvement Session or Soul Evolvement Session plus Reiki Session to release it. I am talking big things here, such as entities and devices that take time to release.
If you feel that you have some bigger energies to be released, book into a Soul Evolvement Session plus Reiki Session (see below).

Reiki Session – New Client Initial Session 1.5hrs
If you are a first time client, please book in for this session to allow time upfront for an initial discussion on what is going on for you.
In subsequent sessions, should you wish to have a conversation upfront, please book into this session.
Reiki Session – Existing Clients 1hr
If you are a returning client and wish only for the running of energies to bring your physical, mental and energy body back into alignment, please book in for this session.
Note: there is no discussion for this option. Should you wish to have a discussion, please book in for the longer 1.5hr session.
If you feel you have some bigger energies to be released, please book into a Soul Evolvement Session plus Reiki Session (see below).
Soul Evolvement Session plus Reiki Session 2 hrs
If you feel you need something more than just Reiki ie you feel you have some big energies that need to be released, then this is the session for you. This session brings together 2 of my most sought-after modalities and is ideal for those that feel they have some big energies to shift. Generally, I will do a Soul Evolvement Session first, releasing any major blockages, and then get you onto the Reiki table to run energies through you to bring your physical, mental and energy body back into alignment. In other instances, the two may be combined on the Reiki table, where I am simultaneously running energies and releasing energies. The session will play out how best is in alignment for you which I will bring through intuitively on the day.
