What is QHHT?
QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.
From the QHHT website, QHHT is described as follows:
“Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ allows people to access a part of themselves that holds all the answers. Some people call this the Higher Self, the Over Soul, the Super Conscious. With QHHT®, clients are able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are — and to ultimately create change within themselves.”
It is a technique that was developed by Dolores Cannon over 50 years ago to assist people to go into a somnambulistic level of trance (ie deepest level of trance) so that they can access their past lives and then bring through their Higher Self, oversoul, super conscious to gain the clarity that they seek.

So, as a level 2 practitioner of QHHT as well as an energy healer, let me tell you in my own words what it is and is not; and for whom it would be beneficial.

QHHT in my own words
QHHT is many things.
Firstly, it is a past life regression method. The difference between QHHT and a normal past life regression is that you are not just shown one or more past lives … you also have the opportunity to have these explained to you by the higher consciousness that we access ie why they showed you these lives. But, in some cases, you may not be shown a past life as there is something else that your Guides want you to experience. So really, you are taken to what the Guides want you to know and see … and isn’t that just so powerful … for everything has meaning and significance. If it didn’t, they wouldn’t show it to you.
Secondly, QHHT provides answers. I have a range of modalities that I use in energy work but what is so special about QHHT is that it is YOUR opportunity to gain clarity and answers from your Higher Consciousness. So, you bring in questions that you would like answers to and I ask these of your Guides.
QHHT has evolved in many ways since Dolores’s brought it through. Now, we are so closely aligning to our higher consciousness that we may not go into that deep somnambulistic state. I have many clients that come out of the experience remembering the experience and exclaiming that they already knew the answers to the questions that they brought in to be answered. And what is wonderful about that is that it reinforces that we have the answers within us and the connection with our Higher Consciousness. It is a great validation in many cases, while in many other cases, it genuinely provides the answers that clients are looking for.
Thirdly, QHHT brings through, where appropriate, healing from your Guides.
For me, QHHT is a powerful modality if you seek answers along with healing work.
But, here is what I have also found:
- You need to be ready to do this work. And take on the guidance that your Guides bring through
- Energy work, and this is energy work, is like a giant onion. In each session, you peel back a layer. So, QHHT will “peel back a layer” and, I stress, it is NOT a panacea to all and everything. It will address that which you bring to the table, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t other things that will surface in time. And … if you choose not to take on board the advice of the Guides and choose not to make the changes that they suggest, then … nothing will change for you.
Having said that, it is a powerful technique and one that I regard highly.
If you are a Dolores fan and have read her books, I ask that you put aside all preconceptions and come with the intent to allow the session to flow as it needs to flow. As I said, humanity has evolved since Dolores brought QHHT through, and hence so has the sessions that people are experiencing today.
With that said, if you are ready for that deeper level of healing … if you are ready to connect to your higher consciousness … if you are desperate for answers … then this is for you.
Structure of a QHHT Session
A QHHT session is an all-day experience. I usually start at 10am and finish around 4pm. I am, however, flexible with these timings. If you feel this is too long but you want a healing, then check out my Soul Evolvement Sessions, Reiki options or QSLEH options.
All sessions are recorded. Each time you listen to the session again, it brings through more healing and possibly, more clarity. Just do NOT listen to it while you are driving as you could go back into a hypnotic state.
The structure is as follows:
Initial chat: where I can get to know you, some history and go through your questions
Hypnosis: this is the crux of the session, where you are put into hypnosis and guided to that which your Guides want to show you. Once we explore what it is your Guides want you to see, we call through your Higher Consciousness and get the answers and the whys answered as well as any relevant healing.
This is the part that is recorded for you to listen to again.
Debrief: After you are brought back to the here and now, we have a debrief on what you experienced and what you remembered.
What Do You Need to Do to Prepare
Firstly, I ask that you come with an open mind and an open heart and with the intention to allow the session to flow. We cannot control what you experience in hypnosis but we can be open to receiving what our Guides want to bring through.
Wear comfortable clothing as it is an all day session.
Also, bring lunch and water.
And most importantly, come with your questions. This can be a bit daunting for some when they finally sit down to write their questions. Don’t worry if you don’t feel like you haven’t captured them all as you can add to them during the session. But, it also needs to be said, I only call through your Higher Consciousness for a maximum of 1 hour. This realm is quiet dense for many of them and they do start to get tired. So, really think about what is of the utmost importance for you to know and ask.
What Do You Get from me?
A plethora of knowledge and experience in energy healing. I bring my knowledge of energy healing to the table to assist with structuring questions and bringing through healing. By this I mean, I take a question to a deeper level for healing and release work. This is not just another modality for me … it is part of my suite of modalities as it ties in with my soul mission here on Earth as an energy healer and as someone who assists souls to evolve. And, if you are wondering where this came from (ie someone who assists souls to evolve), well, it just happened to be through a QHHT session.

Adding in a Soul Evolvement Session.
Many (most) of my clients also add on a 1.5hr Soul Evolvement Session, which is conducted two weeks or more after the QHHT session.
Why add this on?
The main reasons are:
- The time we have with your Higher Consciousness is limited so it allows any release or healing work that couldn’t be completed in a QHHT session to be done in a subsequent session. I actually had one cheeky Guide say to me “Oh, you can do that for her in your next session”.
- I explain to your Guides that you are having a follow up session and ask your Guides … what can I do in that next session that would be most beneficial for you? Sometimes it is a continuation of what came from the session, others it may be something that they would like YOU to work on. Remember that onion thing … it is working on another layer.
If you would like to add this on, you get this at a considerable discount if you buy it along with your QHHT session. Please note: if you do not buy it at the same time as your QHHT session and subsequently decide to do it, you will be charged the full and actual price for it.
Subsequent Sessions
As I have already said, energy work is like a giant onion where each session is peeling back a layer.
You may or may not want to continue this work, that is your choice. If you do, you can do subsequent Soul Evolvement Sessions.
You could also, in due course, decide that another QHHT session would be beneficial for you. In this circumstance, we wouldn’t need to go through the whole process again and the duration would be 3-4hrs.
